Prices and Quotations
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in writing will be guaranteed for a period of thirty days from date of quotation from Artience Lighting.
Terms and Payments
Artience Lighting’s terms are 50% payment at time of order processing unless credit has been pre-approved. Once credit has been approved with Artience Lighting, payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date. Any balance not paid within thirty days of the invoice date will be considered past due and will be charged 1% of the outstanding balance per month until the balance is paid in full. Balances paid within 5 days of invoice date will be eligible for a 2% rebate.
Acceptance Of Order
All orders are subject to acceptance by Artience Lighting and these terms and conditions. Orders are considered accepted once Artience Lighting issues a written acknowledgement or acceptance.
Shipping
Ground freight within the continental United States is allowed on orders of $6,500.00 or more. Any customs fees, taxes, and/or import duties incurred for international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Artience Lighting makes every effort to meet factory shipping dates, but those shipping dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Artience Lighting will not be financially responsible for any costs or charges resulting from delayed shipping dates from the factory.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
A cancellation fee will be based on any costs incurred by Artience Lighting pertaining to a purchase order prior to receipt of cancellation notice. Cancellations will not be considered without a formal written request from the customer.
Products may be returned only with the written consent of Artience Lighting. If such authorization is provided, returned shipments must be prepaid and in the original cartons and packing materials and with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) document from the factory. All returns are subject to a minimum 50% restocking charge plus any cost of reconditioning upon inspection from the factory.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Artience Lighting warrants its LED fixtures for a period of five (5) years from the factory shipment date. Repairs or replacement of any Artience Lighting fixtures deemed defective in material or workmanship will happen at the sole discretion of Artience Lighting. Charge-backs
and/or charges for labor or material will not be paid without the express written approval of Artience Lighting. Alterations made to any fixtures or improper installation of fixtures will nullify the above warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event, whether as a result of a breach of contract, tort, strict liability, warranty or alleged negligence, shall Artience Lighting be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, multiple, punitive or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the equipment or any associated equipment, loss of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of third parties of the buyer for such damages. In no event shall Artience Lighting’s total liability for any reason arising hereunder exceed the purchase price paid to Artience Lighting for the product purchased by buyer hereunder.
